In an exhibition juried by Antoine Guerrero, director of exhibitions at MoMA P.S.1, An Xiao will be showing Departure, 2007, from her Coney Island series. The show is being held in East Tennessee State University’s Slocumb Galleries, curated by Karlota I. Contreras-Koterbay. Her piece is one of 50 selected out of 400 submitted for consideration, and she is truly excited to have been selected for this long-running annual juried exhibition.
